How long does Emini Store take to ship my order?
You can see the preparation time for each product next to its availability. The preparation time for most products is 48 hours. Delivery time will depend on the selected shipping company and destination country. Please note that the delivery time shown is approximate and refers to working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Which countries can I ship my order to?
Emini Store is automated and ships to almost all countries in the world by express courier. However, shipments to non-EU destinations may have certain restrictions or special procedures for handling customs formalities.

What is included in shipping costs?
Shipping costs include:

What is included in the shipping costs for deliveries outside the European Union?
In the case of deliveries outside the European Union, customs charges at the destination or other taxes (duties) are not included. If applicable, the consignee will be responsible for paying them, as well as all import charges and taxes incurred at the customs office of destination, whether the products are actually delivered or the consignee does not accept them.
We will make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible, but you must consider the regulations of the destination country for the import of the ordered items, as Emini Store will not be held responsible for them or for the effects caused by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control.
Emini Store will not be held responsible for customs clearance delays or if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in the shipment.
How to cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order and stop your shipment, you can cancel it from the Orders menu in your Control Panel.
However, please note that the time frame in which an order can be canceled may be short. The cancellation process is automatic and, therefore, if the system does not allow cancellation, it will no longer be possible.
Please review your orders, delivery addresses, amounts, products, quantities and features carefully before finalizing them.
How should you proceed when receiving the shipment?
All our items leave with the packaging in excellent condition. The first thing to do is to check that the number of packets received matches the ones sent.
Second, inspect each package externally very carefully to see if there are signs that it has been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals, or any sign that might lead to suspicion that the goods may be damaged.
It is mandatory to keep a note and signature on the courier’s delivery slip, either on paper or on PDA, “PACKAGE VISIBLY MANUFACTURED” if these signs are present. Failure to sign a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then present images showing visible damage to it will mean the incident will be automatically dismissed.
Return Policy
You have the right to return the products you purchased without the obligation to inform us of the reason for return, within 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, you will only be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as when you received them, i.e., unworn, unaltered, and unsoiled, both the products and their packaging. Additionally, all accompanying documents (purchase receipt, warranty, user manual, etc.) must be returned, and the package must be securely wrapped to prevent damage during transportation.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during product transportation. Furthermore, additional returns are not accepted if the product has been specially ordered or modified at the customer’s request, if earrings are returned for hygiene reasons, or if the products have damages caused during their opening, for which the customer is solely responsible. Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in the refusal of the return by our store.
In case of product returns, your refund will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.
